Even if you are not one one of the teams, everyone is welcome to come and have a look. We will have a viewing boat which will have plenty of room for everyone to see the racing. On Friday (2nd) night, all crews will go to the Arms Hotel in Newport for dinner and drinks.
Saturday is the main social event in the form of a beach party at Mona Vale Surf Club from 7:30pm. Tickets will be $12 on the door and will include pizza and a bar tab if we have the numbers so bring your friends. If you have any questions, call Liv on 0437277820. Hope to see you.
As the regatta is on, there will not be any sailing down at WSC this weekend but its worth trying to come up and have a look at the racing.
After three months of a endless stream of email, facebook messages and phone calls, the 2009 Australian University Teams Racing Regatta is finally here. The regatta will take place from the 2nd to the 3rd at Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club at Newport, about an hours drive north of Sydney.
We will have 11 teams from 7 universities;
